The Melbourne based Canago office works with a range of luxury resorts and employers who are looking to hire for their upcoming 2014 summer and winter ski seasons, primarily in the Alberta region. Each season they look for confident, motivated individuals with great personalities to work in a variety of roles. Once you’re on the program they will discuss your skills and preferences to assist in matching you with the most suitable role, at the most suitable resort & location.
The team will support you from your initial registration to landing in the most naturally beautiful country in the world. The program also includes the following : pre-departure orientation, program handbook, advice on setting up your bank account & SIN number(tax), emergency support line, plus 90 days included medical insurance.
Whether you plan to head over independantly or with a group of friends, you’ll be living in shared accommodation close to where you will be working – a number of the resorts we work with have staff accommodation on site, keeping you right in the centre of the skiing/summer mountain action. Alongside this, you will be invited to social events exclusively for staff where you will meet new friends from around the globe – many of which will plan post-work travels either through Canada or the USA.
Typical types of roles available are:
Front office staff, room attendants, reservations sales agents, maintenance attendants, ski lift operations, ski rental and retail, cashiers, first line cook, floor coordinators.
