Emma Wilson 27.03.2025

Dust your skis and snowboards off, get your boots out and get ready to put a $50 deposit down on your season pass because for the next two weeks Season Pass sale prices are available for Thredbo guests to save $250.

Get organised

It’s all about the ‘planahead’ if you’re after the best value, get your season pass, book your accommodation and book your ticket to the Warren Miller ski film  and increase the pre-season fitness – your thighs will thank you and you’ll get the most value from a day on the hill if you’re fit.

Beginners

If you’re keen to try skiing or get your kids into skiing? Learn To Ski packages are available from $99 for adults and $129 for kids. These include lift access to Thredbo’s beginner area and a lesson!

Families

There is a huge lineup of family friendly events and activities across the winter season, Thredbo is not just a place to ski. There is live music across the season, face painting, snowshoe tours, fireworks, star-gazing, gondola rides and everything else in between. Check out the schedule here for what’s on for families and the July snow festival. Plus, kids can save up to 50% when buying early and online this season!

What’s new for 2025?Investment in new snowmaking technology with the ‘All-Weather Snowmaking Unit’ will make snow coverage in the beginner area even better. Head down for a huge opening weekend to celebrate. See you in the village –  whether you’re skiing or snowboarding  – or just in Thredbo for the Alpine Coaster, cocktails or the mountain air change of scenery from your regular office view
