Opening this December, Ki Niseko is currently the talk of Niseko-Hirafu village. A master sushi chef by training, Maeda-san has travelled the world working in some of the finest kitchens. He spent 10 years in Australia, winning two awards for best Asian restaurant at two different restaurants, before taking up his role as Director and Executive Chef at An Dining – returning to his homeland of Hokkaido.

Also on the first floor, hotel guests have exclusive access to indoor and outdoor onsen hot springs as well as being able to book two private family onsens and enjoy massage and spa services. After a hard day enjoying the best snow in the world there is no finer way to relax those aching muscles than in a Japanese natural mineral onsen!

All rooms are on the second floor or above, affording those extra special views of the resort and mountains.
