Dharco MTB clothing rules Northern Beaches to the World
Forget lockdown, the Northern Beaches are open to the World and locals Dharco Clothing are selling their cool range of MTB gear to the World too.
Our resident biker Steve Leeder has been riding in Dharco for years.
DHaRCO has been on my back since the first time I saw their gear starting to show up on the northern beaches of Sydney about 10 years ago.
The company was started by a local couple who thought very differently about MTB clothing. While the entire rest of the industry was making race kits for everyone, they thought MTB isn’t just about racing, it’s a lifestyle, so they wanted gear to reflect that.
Yep, they still use some of the most technical fabrics, they incorporate very tech features, but it looks cool and it’s comfortable.
Over the years they have been working with local up and comers and super hard chargers to build their brand to what it is today, a down to earth brand found all over the world and on the back of some of the biggest names in mountain biking such as Red Bull Rampage athlete Kyle Strait – check out his 69 foot drop here:
DHaRCO are also on the back of one of the most winningest World Cup Downhills teams, COMMENCAL-MUCOFF.
This years’ latest DHaRCO gear drop is probably one of my favourites ever.
It has bright tie die, which I think is rad and still some very cool surf inspired palm trees, and even some leopard print for the ladies.
DHaRCO Men’s 3/4 Sleeve Jersey
Tie dye is going off this season, and this looks epic but will wear well and keep you cool and comfortable on the trails also. Made using quick dry material, the jersey comes with mesh side panels and a zip pocket, for convenience, and it’s made of recycled fabric for a sustainable future. $AUD 69.95 More/buy here.
Have a look through the images below to see what the amazing 2019 WC Downhill Champions Myriam Pompon Nicole and Amaury Pierron are wearing too.. Whack some Dharco on and visualise some emulation!
The DHaRCO Ladies Gravity Jersey is pretty special in the Leopard print. Only $79.95 and the matching leopard print pants are dropping soon, with leopard gloves already available on the site. One reviewer said this, and even if your Francais is rustier than ours you won’t need Google Translate: “Parfait ! Ils sont juste WOW !”
DHaRCO Men’s Gravity Pants look and feel more like comfy jeans, and they’re ready for anything. Made from water resistant 4-way stretch fabric that’s breathable and soft, you’re going to love the feel as soon as you put them on. $179.95
