Gear Test: XTM Lithium 4.0 Ski Pants for Aussie Winters
Jake wore the XTM Performance Lithium 4.0 Pants paired with an XTM jacket at Perisher on a freezing cold late-June day and on a beautiful bluebird powder day where the temperatures were below zero all day (late in July).
“Perfect pants for a cold Aussie winter day, kept me warm but not too hot. Great fit with plenty of pockets in the right places. They come with a powder bib attachment, which I removed because it was a little tight. It was easy to remove and my sons (a little smaller than me) can put it back on. The XTM gloves match really well with the jacket and pants too.

Other features include taped seams, stretch boot gaiters, YKK Zip Fly (ultra strong) and leg vents for controlling temperature.
The pants are made from Dermizax, which is an ultrathin, nonporous membrane which demonstrates excellent waterproofness and moisture permeability. They’re made from recycled polyester, a sustainable fabric made from 100% recycled polyester, it has a Mechanical Stretch that keeps you unrestricted and the pants are equipped with Recco technology, which enables rescuers to assist with recovery.

No PFCs are used for waterproofing as these are found to be a huge health hazard. XTM is a certified carbon neutral company. For more info and where to purchase click here.
