snow action team 15.11.2018

The awesome IKON Pass adds New Zealand! Yes, it just gets better and better for Southern Hemisphere skiers & boarders – now you get 7 days per season no blackouts riding at your choice of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt to make up your 7 days total. Or with an IKON Base Pass you get 5 days total no blackouts across these 3 classic Kiwi resorts.

Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt join Southern Hemisphere Ikon Pass partners Thredbo in Australia and Valle Nevado in Chile, offering pass holders year-round skiing and riding across the planet.

Coronet Peak and The Remarkables have benefited from massive investments that roll on for 2019 with some amazing lift upgrades – see news on that here.

Mt Hutt keeps on winning NZ’s best ski resort awards and we won’t argue – going here on honeymoon was (apart from the choice of bride!) about the smartest decision I ever made and is the reason you are reading this here today. Back therelast year we sussed out how to still do NZ on the cheap.

The new additions take the IKON Pass total to 38 resorts across USA, Canada, Australia, Chile, Japan and now New Zealand.

Where will you go? The IKON PASS pass includes:
In Colorado: Aspen Snowmass, Steamboat, Winter Park Resort, Copper Mountain and Eldora Mountain Resort
